ID Card Front and Back on One Page
Place the front and back of your ID card on a single A4 page. Crop, straighten, adjust size, and download a print-ready PDF.
Take a photo of each side with your phone or choose existing photos. Everything happens in your browser, and the page is built at the card's real size.

Drop a photo here, or paste one with Ctrl+V. JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC.
Add at least one side to continue.
How to put both sides of an ID on one page
Add a photo of the front and of the back. For each side, fit the frame over the card, straighten it if the photo is tilted, and use the perspective option if you took the photo at an angle.
Then choose portrait or landscape, the card size and the spacing, check the live A4 preview, and download a PDF. Print it at 100% so the card keeps its real size.
Why do offices ask for both sides on one page?
Many offices, landlords, employers and banks keep paper or scanned files, and one page with both sides is easier to print, file and send. Some online forms also accept only a single file.
Whether both sides are needed, and in what form, depends on the organisation. Ask them if you are unsure.
How do I avoid blurry ID photos?
Use daylight or bright, even light without reflections on the card. Place the card on a dark, plain surface, hold the phone parallel to it, and tap the card to focus before taking the photo.
Fill most of the photo with the card. A card about 1,000 pixels wide in the photo is enough for a sharp 300 DPI print at actual size; the tool tells you when a photo has too few pixels.
Should the copy be actual size?
Actual size (100%) prints the card at its real 85.6 × 54 mm when you print at 100%. This is what most offices expect.
Larger copies (120% or 150%) are easier to read but are enlarged, not the card's physical size, and are labelled as such. Use them only if the recipient accepts enlarged copies.
FAQ
Questions about putting an ID on one page
What if my PDF must be under 500 KB?
Choose “Under 500 KB”. The tool lowers the image quality and, if needed, the resolution, and checks the real file size. It never goes below 150 DPI, because text then becomes hard to read; if the limit cannot be reached it tells you the actual size instead of claiming success.
Should I watermark my ID copy?
A watermark naming the purpose, recipient and date makes a copy harder to misuse. You can add one here under “Protect this copy”, or use Secure ID Copy for a single side. Some organisations do not accept watermarked or redacted copies, so check first.
Does this tool upload my ID?
No. Your photos are opened and processed in your browser on your device. They are not sent to our server or any other service, and nothing about them appears in analytics. The page itself loads normally from our website.
Can I use it on iPhone or Android?
Yes, in a current mobile browser. “Take photo” opens the camera where the browser supports it, and “Choose image” picks a photo you already have, including iPhone HEIC photos. Very large photos may take a few seconds to process on a phone.
Does it work offline?
Processing happens on your device once the page has loaded, but the tool is not designed to work offline. Open the page with an internet connection; after that, your photos are never sent anywhere.
Why is the printed card not exactly 85.6 mm wide?
The PDF places the card at exactly 85.6 × 54 mm. If the printout differs, the print dialog probably scaled the page: choose “Actual size” or 100% and turn off “Fit to page”. JPG files carry no reliable print size, which is why PDF is recommended.
