Disclaimer

ImageToolSpace tools are built carefully and many check their own output, but every tool has limits. Please read them before relying on a result.

Check important results

Results are produced automatically in your browser. Before you send, publish or rely on a result, check it, especially names, numbers, amounts and dates. Keep your original files: the tools never change them, and the originals remain your reference.

Text recognition (OCR)

OCR reads printed text and can make mistakes. Accuracy depends on scan quality, lighting, focus, font, layout and language. Handwriting is not supported. A searchable PDF contains recognised text that may differ from the page image; the page image is the reference.

Compression, conversion and resizing

Lossy compression and format conversion change pixels. Results can look different from the original, especially at small sizes or strong settings. Some formats cannot keep transparency, colour profiles, animation or metadata. A size target may not be reachable without visible quality loss; the tools say so instead of hiding it.

Metadata removal and privacy tools

Metadata tools remove the metadata they can read and verify the result. A file can still reveal information through what is visible in the image itself. Redaction in Secure ID Copy covers the areas you choose; check the exported copy before sharing it.

Documents and reports

ID copies, ID front-and-back pages and photo evidence reports are convenience documents. They are not certified or legally verified copies, and they do not prove that photos are authentic or unaltered. Whether a recipient accepts them is up to the recipient.

Your device and browser

Because files are processed on your device, very large files, long PDFs or many files at once can be slow or fail if your browser or device runs out of memory. Some features need a modern browser.

No professional advice

Information on this website is general guidance about using the tools, not legal, financial, insurance or other professional advice.

Report a problem

If a tool gives a wrong or unexpected result, please report it. Do not send your files: describe what happened instead.
